Service Description
Reiki Level 1 is a gentle, in-person, or on line introduction to Usui Reiki. Learn self-healing, hands-on Reiki for others, and the foundations of energy work in a grounded, supportive environment. Reiki Level 1 offers your first Reiki attunement, teaching you how to self-heal and gently work with others while gaining a clear understanding of Usui Reiki and energy healing. You will have a work book and certificate at the end of the course.
