REFLEXOLOGY

Take time to relax, restore and rebalance.
Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive complementary therapy based on the principle that specific points on the feet, hands, ears and face correspond with different organs, systems and areas of the body.
Using gentle pressure techniques, I work these reflex points to encourage your body's natural healing processes, restore balance and promote a deep sense of relaxation and wellbeing. Every treatment is tailored to you as an individual, recognising that no two people are the same and that everyone's wellbeing journey is unique.
Many clients choose reflexology to help them unwind from the pressures of everyday life, while others find it a valuable way to support their overall health and wellbeing alongside conventional healthcare.
People often seek reflexology to support:
🌿 Deep relaxation
🌿 Stress reduction and emotional wellbeing
🌿 Improved circulation
🌿 Relief from muscular tension and discomfort
🌿 Migraine and headache management
🌿 Support during menopause
🌿 Fertility and reproductive wellbeing
🌿 Better sleep and overall wellbeing
...and many other aspects of health and wellness.
Whether you're looking for some well-deserved relaxation or ongoing support for your wellbeing, reflexology offers a peaceful space to unwind while encouraging your body to function at its very best.
