Reiki in the Mikao Usui lineage is more than a technique — it is a living spiritual practice rooted in mindfulness, compassion, and direct experience of universal life force energy. This lineage honors Reiki as it was originally cultivated: simple, profound, and accessible to all who feel called to walk the path of healing.

In this training, you are gently guided to reconnect with your innate ability to channel healing energy — not through force or effort, but through presence, intention, and surrender. Each level is an initiation into deeper awareness, self-healing, and service to others.

Level I opens the doorway. You learn the foundations of Reiki, receive attunements, and begin a powerful journey of self-healing and energetic sensitivity. This level is about remembering — returning to stillness, embodiment, and trust in your own hands.

Level II deepens the practice. You are introduced to sacred symbols and distance healing, expanding your capacity to work beyond time and space. This level supports emotional healing, clarity, and a stronger connection to intuition and purpose.

Level III (Master Level) is both a personal initiation and a commitment to stewardship of the lineage. You step fully into your role as a Reiki practitioner and teacher, learning how to hold space, attune others, and live Reiki as a way of being — grounded, ethical, and heart-led.
