Hi, I'm Jess, and I'd love to welcome you on a healing journey at Spiritual Soles.

As an empath and holistic healer, I truly believe that healing begins with love, love for yourself, your body, and your soul. In the busyness of everyday life, it's so easy to put yourself last.

 

My aim is to create a nurturing space where you can slow down, breathe, reconnect, and simply be.

Using a combination of Reflexology, Reiki, and intuitive Messages from Spirit, I gently support you in releasing what no longer serves you, restoring balance, and reconnecting with the strength and wisdom that already exists within you. My hope is that every session leaves you feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourself.

I'm based in beautiful Torbay, South Devon, although my roots are firmly planted in the spiritual landscape of Wiltshire. a place that has always inspired and shaped my own path.

Healing isn't about fixing yourself, it's about remembering who you are beneath the stress, pain, and expectations of life. It is a privilege to walk alongside you as you rediscover your own inner peace, strength, and light.
