Hello and welcome to Spiritual Soles!

My name is Jess, and I am delighted to welcome you to my very first blog post. I thought there was no better place to start than by introducing myself, sharing a little about my journey, and telling you about the services I offer.

Originally from Wiltshire, I moved here in 2016 and have been building my spiritual and holistic practice ever since. My passion has always been helping people find balance, healing, clarity, and connection, whether that is through therapeutic treatments, energy work, or spiritual guidance.

At Spiritual Soles, I offer a range of holistic and spiritual services, including:

• Reflexology for the feet and face

• Reiki healing

• Seated Indian head massage

• Chakra cleansing and balancing

• Animal Reiki

• Evidential clairvoyant mediumship demonstrations

• Messages from Spirit, both online and in person

• Oracle card readings

One of the things that is most important to me is that every client is treated as an individual. I work intuitively and holistically, recognising that no two people are the same. Each session is guided by your needs, your goals, and your own unique journey.

Whether you are seeking relaxation, healing, spiritual connection, guidance, or simply a moment to pause and focus on yourself, I aim to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming space where you can feel comfortable and cared for.
